Do you accept DB taxi vouchers?

Yes, we accept valid Deutsche Bahn (DB) taxi vouchers. If your train is canceled or significantly delayed and the train company issues you a taxi voucher, you can use it to order a taxi from us in Lindau.


Please note:


  • The voucher must be issued by railway staff and completed in full.
  • You must present the voucher before starting your journey.
  • We need your full name, travel date and destination address.
  • We will settle the fare directly with the railway company in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on the voucher.


If you are unsure whether your voucher is valid or whether the trip is covered, please call us – we will advise you quickly and easily.



Can journeys be billed through the employer?

Yes, many of our customers use our taxi service for business trips, work trips, or employee shuttles paid for by their employer. We are happy to provide you with an official, tax-approved invoice with all relevant information (e.g., company name, contact person, route, date, time, amount including VAT).


For regular or larger orders (e.g. daily employee shuttles or airport transfers for business travelers) we also offer:


  • Monthly collective invoices
  • Fixed price agreements
  • Direct billing with your company

Can I travel with you with a reimbursement of costs, e.g., after prior email confirmation?

Yes, we also carry out journeys based on a written declaration of cost coverage by email – for example from:


  • Railway companies (e.g. DB, ÖBB, BoxXpress, private railway companies)
  • Companies and employers
  • authorities or social institutions
  • Hotels or tour operators


The email should contain the following information:


  • Passenger's name
  • Date and route of the trip
  • Coverage of costs in full or up to a certain amount
  • Billing address or contact person


Once we receive the email and it has been confirmed, the trip can take place without any advance payment.

We will then bill the specified company or organization directly.

How much baggage can I take?

A normal amount of luggage for 1-2 people is easily possible in our vehicles.

Please inform us in advance if you are carrying special luggage (e.g. ski equipment, stroller, wheelchair, bicycle) – we will organize the appropriate vehicle.



Can I pay by card?

Yes, you can pay with cash, debit card or credit card.



Will I receive a receipt or invoice?

Of course, you will receive a receipt immediately after the trip.

For corporate customers or upon request, we will also send you an official invoice by email.



Can I bring my dog or pet?

Small pets in transport boxes are allowed to travel at any time.

For larger dogs or animals, please contact us in advance so that we can plan a suitable vehicle.



How much does a ride in Lindau cost?

Prices are based on the official taxi tariff of the city of Lindau and are calculated by taximeter.

We also offer fixed prices for long-distance and airport transfers – just ask.



Can I pre-book a taxi?

Yes, you can book rides in advance at any time—whether for the next day, for a vacation, or for regular appointments. We will confirm your booking with a binding agreement.
