What is a medical transport?
A patient transport service is a journey to a medical treatment where no medical assistance is required during the journey. Your medical transport in 3 steps
1. Send inquiry & documents
Please provide us with the date, pick-up address, and destination address. If the trip is to be billed through your health insurance, please also send us the doctor's prescription and – if required – the approval from your health insurance company.
2. We will get in touch and plan the trip.
We will review the information, coordinate the pick-up time with you, and clarify all important details regarding the trip. For regular appointments, we can also schedule recurring trips.
3. The journey can begin.
We will pick you up on time, take you safely to your medical appointment and, if desired, also take care of the return journey.
