How much baggage can I take?
Our vehicles can easily accommodate a normal amount of luggage for 1-3 people.
Please inform us in advance if you are bringing special luggage (e.g. ski equipment, stroller, wheelchair, bicycle) – we will organize the appropriate vehicle.
Are DB (Deutsche Bahn) taxi vouchers accepted at your location?
DB vouchers are only accepted to a limited extent. This is because taxi companies can now only settle accounts with DB indirectly.
You must pay in advance and will receive a receipt. You can then claim the costs back from Deutsche Bahn.
Please also note:
- The voucher must be issued by railway staff and fully completed.
- You must present the voucher before departure.
- We require your full name, travel date, and destination address.
Can journeys be billed through the employer?
Yes, many of our customers use our taxi service for business trips, company travel, or employee shuttles, which are paid for by their employer. We will gladly provide you with an official, tax-deductible invoice containing all relevant information (e.g., company name, contact person, route, date, time, and amount including VAT).
For regular or larger orders (e.g., daily employee shuttles or airport transfers for business travelers), we also offer:
- Monthly consolidated invoices
- Fixed price agreements
- Direct billing with your company

Can I travel with you with cost coverage, e.g., after prior email confirmation?
Yes, we also conduct trips based on a written cost coverage declaration via email – for example from:
- Railway companies
- Companies and employers
- Authorities or social institutions
- Hotels or tour operators
The email should contain the following information:
- Passenger name
- Date and route of the journey
- Full or partial coverage of costs
- Billing address or contact person
Once we have received and confirmed the email, the trip can take place without prepayment.
We will then bill the specified company or organization directly.
